About
Alan joined the Community Foundation team in 2023. Previously, he served 8 years as Director of Development for Whitefish Legacy Partners. Prior to working in the nonprofit sector, he was Senior Project Manager at Living Roofs, Inc. based in Asheville, NC. Alan holds a degree in Geology from the College of Charleston in SC and grew up in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in East TN. Alan spends his free time outside with his wonderful wife Frances and three kids Sage, Tally, and Monty.
