My Glacier Village has taken advantage of several NpDP offerings to grow steadily since inception in 2020. Their team of volunteers attended governance, fundraising, and grant writing workshops in the early days, and used this knowledge to build a solid foundation and hire their first staff member in 2022. In 2024, the organization participated in the Great Fish Community Challenge for the first time, and they received a $2,000 NpDP Capacity Building Grant to engage a consultant and develop a strategic plan.
